My Journey

I am a person, who is on a journey
Walking towards the prime purpose of life
I have learned not to trust this glitterous world,
Which is just a gleam of its creator


When loneliness haunted,
I ran in search for love and shelter
I tried myself to be a different person
All in search of love, all in search of love.

But I found the one who could accept me as I am
Who came in search of me!
Now HIS Love,
HIS Caress I always feel in my life

I found nothing desirable in this world,
Except humans, though they don't realize!!
Numerous are they who came and evanesce from my life,
No one could ever fill the void of my heart

The faces whom I trusted became fleeting shadows,
I wondered why am I alone,why am I alone!!!
A stilly voice consoled me saying " I am with you always"

Now I stand here and realize those hurdles, those hopeless moments, those stumbling times;
Were milestones which I have overcome
On my way to heaven.

I am on a journey, which's soon ending
Like a bird, parching on a tree for shelter,
My life on earth,
I will fly away when my MORNING STAR appears....
